The room at 47 Park Street was absolutely amazing! We had a one bedroom suite with a full separate kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and lounge. The space was extremely clean and comfortable, and it felt like our own Mayfair house. The hotel is located in a prime location and the staff provided top-class service. We felt like we had our own small household with them. I highly recommend this hotel!

The payment for and fiddling around to get on the internet. This should now be included in the room charge just as hot and cold water is . more and more hotels are doing this. On should be able to open ones laptop ipad etc and be straight on . also most rooms at this level have complementary bottled water.

I loved the location of the hotel, right next to Hyde Park. The cleanliness was spot on, and the hotel facilities were impressive. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional.

it was comfortable and very clean and I like classic hotel.

When I booked at Booked.net,I booked 2 suites:one of them for 4 persons and the other for 6 persons.We are 10 but the hotel charge me 2 persons extra for each suite which is 50 pounds (+20% VAT) for each suite. thats mean I paid 1000 pounds (+20% VAT) extra.I told them WHY!! they said you use extra bed for each suite. I said I booked one for 4 persons and the other for 6!! he said I don't know but you use the extra beds!! thats wearied when I book a suite for 4 persons and they charge me extra bed!! so the hotel or Booked.net should change the capacity of people in each room or suites

The rooms were fantastic - so perfect for entertaining space for all of us before we heading into town for dinner etc and also great for our brunch on the Sunday before checking out

Location isn't ideal - quite a walk from tube & taxi's quite expensive

Spending my Xmas at this hotel was a delightful experience. The spacious apartments offered everything one could need during their stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and twice-daily housekeeping. Its location was perfect, with easy access to local restaurants and Oxford Street for shopping. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making the stay feel like a home away from home.

While the apartments were comfortable, the shower over the bath was not my preference. The WIFI connection could have been better, but it did not impact my stay significantly.

Located close to Marble Arch in the heart of Mayfair, it offers a truly exceptional experience. The rooms are elegant and spacious, with comfortable living areas and beautiful bathrooms. The staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any request. The location is perfect for exploring the area and enjoying all that the city has to offer.

It's worth noting that the hotel doesn't have a restaurant on site. But with the overwhelming number of restaurants within a five-minute walk, combined with fast availability of hotel room service, finding a good meal nearby is definitely not an issue.

i thnk we should have been notified about work being carried out as had gone for my mothers treatment and needed peace n quiet if we had known me may have chosed a different hotel.

It’s considered to be an expensive one, but if you compare it with other prices in this area (Mayfair) it will be accepted if you looking for large accommodation and luxury

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was fantastic and the staff went above and beyond to take care of us. They even recommended a 3-Star Michelin restaurant adjacent to the hotel and secured us a seat at the Chef's Table for lunch. The concierge also managed to get us fantastic seats for the show Beautiful before we even arrived. The location is excellent, right next to Hyde Park and close to Marble Arch in the heart of Mayfair. We couldn't have asked for a better area to explore this city.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was attentive and accommodating, fulfilling all our luxurious needs with exclusive amenities. The room was spacious and had private facilities that made us feel like royalty. In-room breakfast was impeccable and packed lunches were available for our convenience. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to top-rated restaurants and shows.

The only minor issue we experienced was the limited availability of special diet menus. However, the hotel staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs and provided suitable alternatives.

I like the hotel but the rates are too much , i booked a room through Booked.net but the rates when i reached their where different, i payed 300 pounds extra. !
